Marketing Product Associate
Location: Kingsport, TN
Overview: Coordinates and manages sales support through the development and implementation of tools and projects for one or more marketing segments.
Responsibilities:
Provides support to marketing managers in the development and sales support of one or more marketing segments.
Helps to coordinate and develop marketing tools, assists with trade shows, literature development, presentations and publicity.
Provides sales support to account managers with regard to fact-finding, information gathering, assistance in proposal development, customer site visits, customer sales calls.
Provide input on new product development.
Provide sales training on assigned products, as required.
Participate in customer visits as requested.
Participate in the pursuit of new business opportunities and new markets, as necessary.
Coordinate orders with customer service.
Provide unparalleled sales support by answering questions/resolving account manager/customer questions.
Provide sales force with competitive and technical data on a timely basis.
Accountable for all record keeping as appropriate and in accordance with company specifications.
Other general and specified duties may be assigned, consistent with the company's goals, objectives and interests.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field. (Minimum of 2.8 GPA Cumulative)
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
Strong Leadership skills, Sports minded, 1-5 year college graduates desirable!
Demonstrated written and oral communications skills including ability to speak effectively in front of large groups of people.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects.
Strong word processing and spreadsheet skills are essential, as are experience in project management.

Graphic Designer:
This position is responsible for creating the development of graphics, multimedia, collateral design, proposal and production through distribution.
Brand Strategy Function:
Liaise with client service and other Firm personnel to capture requirements.
Produce high-quality design materials, with high level attention to detail

Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite. (PC platform)

Graphic/Web Designer
We seek a junior-level Graphic Designer to join our in-house Marketing team. The successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic, friendly attitude, and a genuine interest in participating within a team-driven environment.
This is a hybrid position, including both front-end graphic designs AND HTML coding. Candidates are expected to take projects from beginning to end.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Build HTML web pages, print pieces, rich media content
Website text edits and/or banner updates
Adherence to design standards set forth by management
Execute projects under tight deadlines
Qualifications:
Proficiency in the following software: In Design, Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Quark; web design and production skills, including Dream weaver & Flash
Experience in online website development, print mail, and digital content
Must be eligible to work in the USA (No H1 Visa Sponsorship)
Bachelors degree in a related area with a minimum GPA of 3.0
Experience in the financial markets a plus
Shipping, Receiving
Duties: Loads and unloads items onto truck or van manually or by using lifting equipment; makes sure items are correctly placed and secure; drives safely, especially during hazardous road conditions; picks up and/or delivers items for customers; cleans vehicle and inspects brakes, oil, tires or other systems as required for proper maintenance; collects COD payments; obtains customer signatures as Proof of Delivery for items; maintains a log of trip details including destination, order numbers, parts transported, etc.; coordinates daily route schedule with PRS shops, CSC warehouse, and supervisor; handles hazardous materials in accordance with company policies and government regulations. Assists in picking and shipping warehouse items as needed.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: High School diploma or Equivalent
EXPERIENCE: 2 years distribution/warehouse operations experience
SKILLS: Use of truck or van; Use of one or more of the following: fork lift, cherry pickers, packaging equipment and supplies, etc.; Strong Communication and Multi-Tasking Skills; Use of Warehouse Operations, Automation Software/Systems.
CERTIFICATIONS: Haz-Mat Certified; Fork Lift; Valid State Issued Drivers License; CDL with DOT Haz-Mat Endorsement
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EXPERIENCE: Aviation or parts distribution experience
SKILLS: Basic PC Skills (MS Office); Lawson; Catalyst; Lotus Notes
CERTIFICATIONS: A&P Certification and/or Private Pilot's License
